You make up a word, it can be anything at all. The next poster must come up with a definition of the word and use it in a sentence. Then, they give a new word.
Example:
Kalfrinx
Definition: A species of spotted wild cat that went extinct a long time ago because it was hunted for its fluffy coat.
Sentence: The Kalfrinx snarled, baring its sharp fangs, then disappeared without a trace.
I'll go first: Sinchen-Romah

Mylona-Daphine: A rare water dragon pokemon, distantly related to Gyrados and so rare that it is only read about in legends, and can use moves like Hyper Beam and Hydro Pump.
Sentence: There's a rumor that if you level up Gyrados to a certain level, raise its happiness to a certain level, and train it in a certain secret place unknown to the world, somewhere out in the ocean, maybe under the sea, Gyrados will evolve into a Mylona-Daphine.
(That would make an awesome Fake'mon xD)
