Chelsea looked at the connected docks that held the town above water. It was unique. She took her first step off dry land and onto the deck. The wood creaked softly and dipped an inch before going back to the way it was. Chelsea walked slowly down the docks. The closer she got to the town the more sturdy the docks got until they made not a sound or a movement as she walked. The lake was barely moving on the top so the docks made no movement. She imagined the docks rocked like something crazy during a storm. She would not like to live here that's for sure.
As she walked through the town she saw children with pokemon playing elders sitting on a bench fishing. And woman in groups chattering and laughing. To Chelsea it looked like any normal town almost. As she reached a store she stepped in and talked to to owner. She bought a good fishing pole and some lures than walked outside and cast the line.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite little admin in the world."
Icy blue eyes raked across the land, taking in every inch of the town of Gradfa. She'd never been here before, and had taken the time out of her "busy" schedule in order to examine the wonder of a town. If her knowledge was correct, there was only one other town in the entire world like this, practically floating on docks, and that was located in the distant region of Hoenn. This meant that this place in her own native region would be the only chance she'd ever get to see a place of such wonder, since a trip to some place like that seemed quite... far fetched.
Of course, her jaunt was cut abruptly short at the appearance of one certain female.
Lorelei had initially overlooked the green-haired trainer, as she appeared to be just another civilian, casting a line into the vast expanse of water. However, upon a double take, she found her initial guess to be wrong. Instead, the simple “civilian” turned out to be the last person she wanted to see in the world. But... what was there to expect? A confrontation between the two was bound to happen eventually.
So, striding forward with all the arrogance and superiority she'd gathered over the years, the pale skinned woman cast a shadow over Chelsea's fishing spot and threw her enemy a cocky grin. But even this did not stop her hands from balling into fists and loosening, only to repeat the cycle.
”Well, Chelsea? It's been quite some time, hasn't it. If I'd known you'd be here, I think I'd be half way across the region by now.” She leaned over, letting her long, dark brown strands fall down. Perhaps this would block most of her... inferior's vision. She certainly hoped so. ”Oh, but that's right – you're not an admin now, are you? Serves you right. You didn't deserve to stand in the same rank as me.”

Chelsea was deep in thought this was her only time to relax. She had left one of her admins in charge telling him if there was any emergency's they where to contact her immediately. But everything changed as she heard footsteps approaching her. She groaned inwardly hoping they would walk past her but they didn't. They stopped inches from her. When she heard Lorelei's voice he head jerked up. "Well if it isn't my favorite admin. Lorelei how are you doing? o relax and do a little fishing?" She kept her voice come keeping it hiding well how much hatred and anger she felt towards the bitch that stood behind her.
She continued to fish practically ignoring her. Until she was told she didn't deserve to be the same rank as her. "Oh but my friend I am a much higher rank than you could ever hope to be. I run my own group now and we could destroy Team Kuro in the blink of an eye. But why should I? Your harmless at the moment at least. Oh and hows it going keeping that scientist a prisoner now that I have her brother huh?'

Lorelei suppressed a chuckle as she saw Chelsea's head shoot up at the sound of her voice. Perhaps the former Team Kuro member had expected to see her as little as the other way around. At first, she expected the other would try to ignore her presence. It seemed the logical thing to do. She might have done that if the positions were in reverse and she couldn't stand up for herself as well as she believed she did. But, then, a reply was made.
”Well, if it isn't my favorite admin,” Chelsea responded. Lorelei wondered is she was mocking her by taking the words directly out of her mouth. ”Lorelei, how are you doing? Come* to relax and do a little fishing?” But she knew better. This woman hated her, and was doing a wonderful job of hiding it. However, she would not do the same under any circumstances. So, instead, she took a seat beside her fishing “rival”, if you'd call her that and kept that arrogant grin going.
”Why, yes, it is your favorite admin. How lovely of you to take the words right out of my mouth? And I'm doing just marvelous, thank you; well, at least, I was, until I saw your ugly shape sitting here on the docks. I suppose I came down to humor you for a while. Not like anyone would want to approach something as atrocious as you.” She, unlike her inferior, did not hid her anger and resentment. She had no reason to, after all.
She'd marked this woman as her enemy.
As the dark haired female continued talking, she found herself talking to no one but herself. She was painfully aware that her fishing friend was not paying any attention whatsoever. This wasn't something that bothered her, though, so she continued speaking anyways, trying to imagine how the second in the pair would react had she fully been listening. However, Chelsea did react when she slipped something in about her not deserving the same rank. Which, of course, was true.
”Oh, but my friend, I am a much higher rank then you could ever hope to be. I run my own group and we could destroy Team Kuro in the blink of an eye.” Lorelei snorted at her inferior s arrogance. Only she could get away with speaking as such.
”If I recall,” she interrupted, clearing her throat to make sure that the green-haired female beside her was actually listening, ”That “group” of your's is little more then a handful of savages who are controlled by the biggest savage of them all: you. Also, I believe that Team Kuro has been around longer and, therefor, would have more, better trained members.” She was about to say something about how the ranks of Team Dark Shade – oh, how that pathetic name tasted bitter on her tongue - had not made any attempt to crush their rivaling organization when, once again, Chelsea took the liberty to snatch the words from her mind and use them as her own.
”But why should I? You're harmless at the moment, at least.”
Harmless.
With any luck, she'd regret those words.
”Oh, and how's it going keeping that scientist a prisoner now that we have her brother, huh?”
Lorelei was quick in making sure her flinch was visible only to her. Scientist? Oh, yes the one that created the gijinkas for Team Kuro. But Team Dark Shade had her brother?
'I was never informed of this!' she wailed in silence, cursing at herself for never being at the headquarters where information like this spread through the higher ups like wildfire. Instead, she was left in the dark until the enemy filled her in. So what do you do when you don't wish to be made into a fool?
You lie, of course.
”Fair enough,” she grunted, keeping that cocky smile of her's tugging on the corners of her mouth. She only prayed the light in her eye was bright enough to hide her unease. ”It's a shame you won't have the boy for long, though. In the clumsy hands of your filthy organization, I won't be surprised if you find him gone within the week."

*I wasn't sure what you were trying to say here, since I think there was a typo, though I imagine the sentance was along the lines of this. Sorry if it wasn't! ^^;

Chelsea felt a tug on the poll and started to wheel it up. The fight was quick when she brought it up she found nothing but a magikarp. Taking the hook out she threw it back in the lake. "Oh did you say that I must not of heard you. Oh well." Placing new bate on the hook she tossed it back in. Chelsea couldn't help but laugh when she called her ugly. "Are you sure your not talking about yourself? Maybe you saw your vision in the mirror and was so offended you decided to pretend it was me."
It wasn't until she offended her group that she showed any hint of anger. her eye twitched and her back stiffened. "Team Dark Shade is not a bunch of savages. Though compared to the weaklings of Team Kuro I guess you could say we are much crueler than you. But we don't seek peace and freedom for pokemon or what ever all that nonsense is all about. No I want to rule Kyuuga Region. And trust me I will rule and when I do, team Kuro will be just a sad memory."
Now that last bit actually made her laugh out loud. "Now I know that's a bunch of bull shit. No one but those who work for Team Dark Shade knows how to get there. And all my members would as soon as die than give the location away. No I imagine that she has probably tried to escape. I wonder what will happen if she does try to? Will Team Kuro kill her? Or maybe chain her up and force her to do the work. Well at least Josh is better taken care of at Team Dark Shade than he ever was at your pitiful head quarters."
