Augustus Golson had always enjoyed visiting communities around the world, which were partially isolated from the rest of the world. He supposed that this had at least something to do with the fact that his home town of Giorga, was isolated as well. After all, it was in the middle of a barren desert. Although the geography of Berlke Village made it's isolation somewhat different than Giorga, the small town feel was still very much there. There were a lot of locally run businesses, and many of the townsfolk seemed to know one another, at least by name. This was something that Augustus could easily appreciate.
Augustus was now making his way through the streets of the town, towards the condo that he had rented. He was currently taking some time off from his duties as a member of the Elite Four. Since challengers had been few and far between lately, he figured that now was a good time for a vacation.
He had just returned from a 10 mile hike, and was planning to rest up for another one tomorrow. For tonight though, he would return to his rented condo for an hour or two, and then go out for a few hours and grab a bite to eat. He wasn't sure where he would be going for dinner yet, but for now, he was just concerned about getting back to his condo, which was only a few blocks down the road.
